As Programme Director, midwife Noreen Kent is driving and coordinating Midwifery 2020 across the UK. Noreen is responsible to the UK Programme Board which is made up of key people in maternity services from the four UK countries. The Board is Chaired by Rosemary Kennedy, Chief Nursing Officer for Wales, and supported by Margaret McGuire, Acting Chief Nursing Officer for Scotland. View the Structure Chart here.
